Present: Gary, Josh, Bettina
The March meeting minutes were approved with the following change- Rink breakdown 4/9 9:30 instead of 10:00
Rink Breakdown
- April 9th will be the date for the Rink Breakdown at 9:30AM
- Bettina will go to Dunkin Donuts about supplying coffee and doughnuts
Town Beach
- Emily Shaw may be back to be head lifeguard.
- Emily will teach members of the lifeguard crew to be the head lifeguard for next season.
- Swim lines and buoys have been delivered.
- Prior to beach opening lifeguards will stain porta-potty fence and put buoys in the swimming lines
- Josh to order 2 picnic tables for the beach.
Ball Field
- Rick Mielke will do a Spring Cleanup of Greene Park prior to the beginning of the Cal Ripkin Baseball season.
- Josh to order Porta-potty to be delivered on Monday 4/25
- Josh will look into getting a shed to store bases and rakes
Movies
- Suggestions- Escape To Witch Mountain, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, ET, The Princess Bride, Toy Story
- Josh to put movie suggestions into the Monterey News. Bettina to count the votes.
